At MySus Jewellery, each item is carefully selected and packaged with love. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read the following policy before making a purchase.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour or style preferences
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper care or misuse
- Lost packages with Courier Guy
All sales are final.
Factory Faults / Defective Items
We will gladly replace an item only if it has a factory fault.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The fault must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your order
- Clear photos or a video of the defect must be emailed or sent to us as proof
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
If the item is no longer available, a similar item of equal value may be offered at our discretion.
No Refunds on Approved Replacements
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds, only replacements for verified factory faults
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for replacement unless a factory fault is confirmed.
