Returns and Refunds

At MySus Jewellery, each item is carefully selected and packaged with love. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read the following policy before making a purchase.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour or style preferences
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper care or misuse
  • Lost packages with Courier Guy

All sales are final.

Factory Faults / Defective Items

We will gladly replace an item only if it has a factory fault.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The fault must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your order
  • Clear photos or a video of the defect must be emailed or sent to us as proof
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
If the item is no longer available, a similar item of equal value may be offered at our discretion.

No Refunds on Approved Replacements

Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds, only replacements for verified factory faults
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for replacement unless a factory fault is confirmed.
